Fried Shrimp Poboy:

 

Ingredients:

5 butterflied fried shrimp

1 12” Cuban Bun

8 pieces of iceburg lettuce

2 slices of tomato

4 slices of yellow onion (ring)

4 pickle slices

2 oz. of Tartar Sauce

2 oz. of Cocktail Sauce

 

 

Procedure:

Toast the Cuban bun on both sides

Place cocktail sauce on bottom bun

Place tartar sauce on top bun

Put Lettuce, Tomato, Onion and Pickle on bottom bun

Add 3 shrimp on bottom bun

Add 2 shrimp on top of the 3 shrimp

Cut Sandwich in ½

Serve with Fries and a side of ketchup
