Deep Fried Deviled Eggs

Deviled Eggs:
Boiled eggs                 12 ea
Pickles chopped          2 Tbsp
Dijon Mustard             2 Tbsp
Mayonnaise                 ¼ cup
Parsley                        1 tsp
Lemon Juice                            1 tsp
Tabasco                       1 tsp
Pickled Jalapenos         12 ea
Bacon Slices               12 ea
Salt                              pinch
Pepper                         pinch
Procedure:
Cut boiled eggs length wise in circular motion without cutting boiled yolks then remove.
Mix boiled yolks with all ingredients until smooth consistency
Fill egg whites with yolk mixture then top with 1 pickled jalapeno each.
Wrap deviled egg with sliced bacon and set aside
Tempura batter:
Cornmeal                                1 cups      
Corn starch                 2 cups
Flour                            1 cup
Baking powder            1 Tbsp + 1 Tsp
Water                          1 cup
Beer                             24 oz
Procedure:
Mix dry ingredients together.
Add water then beer mixing well so that there are no lumps and smooth consistency
Heat 1 quart of canola oil to 350 degrees
Lightly dredge deviled egg in flour shaking off excess flour
Dip egg in Tempura batter mix then gently place in oil.
Cook for 4 minutes in oil until golden brown
Serve with Cider slaw (below) and Ranch sauce for dipping
 
Cider Slaw:
Green Cabbage                        2 Cups
Red Cabbage                           1 Cup
Carrots (shaved)                      ½ Cup
Scallions                                  ¼ Cup
Red Radishes   (shaved)          ¼ Cup                 
Poppy seeds                            1 tsp
Apple Cider Vinegar               3 tbsp
Sugar                                                    ½ tsp
Salt                                            ¼ tsp
Extra virgin olive oil                3 tbsp
