Chef Nobu's Seared Salmon with Brown Rice Salsa

 

Recipes is as follows
4 Servings
 
4   7oz salmon
1/2 cup brown rice
1 small cucumber diced
1 small red onion diced
4 pc jalapeño deseeded diced
1 tomato deseeded diced
1/2 cup cilantro chopped
1/2 lemon juiced
1 tbsp soy
Dress with olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Method
Pan sear salmon skin side down until crispy turn and cook to desired temp
 
Bring 1 cup of water and rice to a boil. Then turn down heat and simmer covered for twenty minutes. Then wash rice in cold water and strain
 
Prepare vegetable to specification and mix with brown rice add lemon and soy
 
Dress with olive oil add salt and pepper to taste
 
Top the Salmon with the salsa and serve
