Blueberry Filling
2 Pints Fresh Blueberries, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, 2 tsp.... cornstarch, 1 tsp. vanilla
Crumb topping
1/3 cup & 1 tbs. flour, 1 tbs. granulated sugar, 1 tbs. brown sugar,
2 1/2 tbs. butter, 1/8 tsp. cinnamon, 1/8 tsp. vanilla
Pie Dough
(Blue Bonnet Bakery uses its' own homemade pie dough, but any store-bought pie dough would work as well)
Heat oven to 350
Place rolled out pie dough into generously buttered ramekins (cut 6" rounds), fill with blueberry mixture, pinch edges of dough (center of filling will be exposed), gently press the crumb topping over the dough and filling.
Bake for 50 minutes
