Makes 7 (1/3 cup servings)
 
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 fresh bananas, cut into 1-inch slices
1/4 cup crème de banana, rum or orange juice
 
1. In 3 1/2-6-quart slow cooker, insert plastic liner if desired. Add butter, brown sugar and cinnamon; stir. Add in bananas and crème de banana. Cook on LOW one hour.
