Baker's Ribs Spicy Jalapeno-Pecan Cole Slaw

Ingredients
 
1 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbs Sugar
2 Tbs Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tbs Milk
2 Tbs Jalapeno Puree (see recipe below)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
1/4 tsp Celery Seed
1/4 tsp Granulated Garlic
4 Tbs Pecan Pieces
 
Jalapeno Puree
Remove stems from two jalapenos and roughly chop (do not remove seeds). Place in a food processor and add a few drops of water and puree until fine.
 
 
Method
 
In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except pecans. You can add more or cut down on the amount of jalapeno puree to suit your taste.
 
Toss dressing with cabbage-cole slaw mix, adding pecans at the last minute and serve.
 
Enjoy!
 
 
Yield: 1 1/4 cups.
