3 Ingredient Pumpkin-Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 (18 oz) box of spice cake mix

1 (14 oz) can of pumpkin (I use Libby's)

1 cup chocolate chips

 
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Place cupcake liners inside one (12 count) muffin tin.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together your cake mix and canned pumpkin until combined. Stir in your chocolate chips.
Fill your cupcake liners 2/3 full of your pumpkin batter.
Bake 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let rest in pan 5 minutes before serving.
These muffins can also be frozen up to 3 months in large freezer storage bag. 
Just pop them out, heat them 30 seconds and enjoy.
