Sonny Bryan’s Made From Scratch Potato Salad

3 large potatoes

6 oz. of mayo

2 oz. of mustard

1/4 cup of celery finely chopped

1/2 tsp. of salt

2 oz. of sweet relish

1 oz. finely chopped white onions

1/2  tsp. of vinegar

Boil 1 inch of water with a pinch of salt. Add potatoes (peeled or unpeeled). Cover and

reduce heat. Cook 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain, cool and cut into

small cubes.

In a large bowl, mix in mayo, mustard, salt, sweet relish, and vinegar. Add potatoes,

celery, and onions.

Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. Enjoy with your favorite Sonny Bryan’s pulled meat!
