1. Make resolutions for what really matters to you- not someone else. Own your resolutions.

2. Be patient with yourself. Rome was not built overnight. Your goals will not be reached overnight either.

3.Don't ditch your resolution if you mess up. Get back up again.

4.Keep your list of resolutions short. Too many goals will be burdensome and difficult.

5. Celebrate along your journey. Don't wait until the goal is reached. A little encouragement makes a difference.

6. Consider getting an accountability partner or joining a group with similar goals.
