HAIL MERRY SNACKS

Susan Obrien, Founder of Hail Merry, a Dallas-based snack food manufacturer that supplies all natural vegan snacks to Whole Foods and Central Market. She is gonna make some snacks based on her products and talk about how to make healthy still fun and tasty.

“Susan is a featured expert on Brook Burke's Modernmom blog site (a popular and important information exchange for Modern Moms)-Susan writes a column and has been called upon to reach numerous groups with her messaging on alternative, natural wholesome yet fun solutions for active living and wellness. Susan is a long-time yoga practitioner who has advocated healthy eating and wellness and who has gained followers nationally.

What's important here though is the brand Hail Merry and what our woman-owned company is doing to expand great tasting RAW VEGAN GLUTEN-FREE snacking options not only for the many with dietary needs (and there is a story in this alone) but with such great taste that meat eaters and snackers in general are our fans as well.

There are so many people out there with gluten sensitivities-It is estimated that 95% of those in need haven't even been diagnosed yet! Gluten-Free was the highest growth category in mainstream groceries the past two years and continues. RAW is an emerging trend and it is predicted that it will be as mainstream as organic ten years from now.

Susan has been advocating a mostly-raw vs. all raw lifestyle for years as a route to eating more plants which is friendly to the planet and helpful for our bodies.”
