Pecan Pie

 

Bake Time: 30-40 minutes @ 350F

 

Pecan filling

Brown sugar-8oz.

Butter(melted)-2oz.

Salt-0.1oz.

Eggs-8oz.

Dark corn syrup-14oz.

Pecan-8oz.

 

Tart Dough

Butter- 6oz.

Powder Sugar-3oz.

Eggs-2oz.

Flour-7oz.

 

Procedure:

Tart Dough

1.Mix butter and Sugar until it becomes soft.

2.Add eggs little at a time.

3.add flour until a dough is forms (do not over mix).

4. Put in walk-in for 2 hours are until dough is hard

5. Roll dough out using a rolling pin to desired size and shape

Into tart ring.

 

Pecan Filling

1. In a mixing bowl using a whisk, whisk together the melted butter and sugar.

2. Add salt and eggs and mix until well mixed.

3. Add and mix the corn syrup.

4. Put pecan in the prepared tart shell and let set until pecan rise to top then bake at 350f for 30-40 minutes
