On the night of April 10, 1963, Lee Harvey Oswald hid in a darkened alley near Turtle Creek Boulevard and shot at and missed Major General Edwin A. Walker. Walker’s name is one very few people under the age of 50-year-old may recognize, but seven months before President Kennedy arrived in Dallas Walker may have been shot at by Oswald.
