Cadillac and LPGA team up for the North Texas Shootout and Girls Golf

The North Texas LPGA Shoot teed off Thursday morning with 144 women competing for $1.3 million purse.

This is the first year that Cadillac and the LPGA have partnered together in support of Girls Golf.

Metroplex Cadillac Dealers has created a viewing lounge at the 18th hole where golf watchers can enjoy the tournament.  The company will also debut it's Test Drive Your Way program.To test drive a Cadillac call 855-422-2339.

Another mission of Cadillac at the tournament is to support the Nexus Club

The Nexus Club was created in 2010 and dedicated to help young girls and women grown through the game of golf. The mission is to emphasize the importance of values like character, integrity, sportsmanship and community. 

The tournament is being held at the Los Colinas Country Club in Irving from Thursday until Sunday.
