The City Hall Bistro is coming to the Adolphus hotel in downtown Dallas, expected to open in May.
Overseen by Executive Chef Don Flores, the new dining provides all-day dining, weekend brunch, and happy hour Monday through Friday.
A new entrance will also be added on Main Street allowing customers interior and street-level access to the restaurant.
Chef Flores, California native who studied and trained in Barcelona, Spain, previously served as an executive chef in New York City and Los Angeles before coming to Dallas.
“We are so excited about unveiling the bistro and are confident that, with Chef Flores’s expertise, creativity, and passion for culinary excellence, it will become a standout in the developing food scene of downtown Dallas,” said General Manager Anthony Courina in a news statement with Wagstaff Worldwide.
