ARLINGTON –– Sixteen-year-old David wants to strike it big with a loving family.

"I want someobody who will love me until i die,” he said, sitting in front of a bowling lane at Alley Cats in Arlington. "I'm gonna at least try to be the best kid on the planet.”

David wants to serve his country in the United States Army. He says his role model is his brother James, who currently is in the military.

This high school sophomore is already preparing for a military career.

"Right now I'm in a high school class that's called JROTC,” he said. “It's showing us how to be responsible adults."

Even though he grew up bowling, David's real passion is golfing. He says he hopes to soon do these sorts of activities with a family.

"Doing things and having fun as a family, that's what I want,” he said.

David is a giver. And the one thing he's good at giving is a clean room!

"The other night our house had a contest of who has the cleanest room and I won,” he said. “Not trying to brag."

David has a warm and sweet spirit that will fill a home with joy. This young man is a fighter who will someday make a forever family proud.
