Plano Balloon Festival organizers say event to go on with an eye on weather

All it takes is a little bit of rain to keep these balloons grounded. And all day Friday, organizers said it will be a last minute decision if the balloons at the Plano Balloon Festival take off.

Crews have been out here for four days setting up for this weekend. It has been a tradition in the area for the last 34 years.

Despite the weather the show goes on, but if lightning hits they will shut down, a scenario they say is very unlikely.
