It didn't take long before the offers came pouring in to help 9-year-old Ben Pierce fulfill a wish list of things he'd love to see before he goes blind.

Born at 23 weeks gestation, Ben is losing his sight due to scar tissue that continues to build up each year after he underwent eye surgery.

WFAA's Janet St. James shared his story Wednesday, and it took off across the Internet.

Among those who have answered his wish list are Weird Al Yankovic, one of Ben's favorite artist. He's also received offers from SeaWorld, Legoland in Grapevine and California and an offer to travel to a Mexico beach to see the sand.

Upon hearing the news Thursday, Ben threw his hands in the air.

"Really, really, really, really happy," he said.
