The fitness pro tells People Magazine, "I really dislike working out. And it doesn't matter what the activity is...weights, yoga or spinning. There's never a moment where I'm going, Oh, I just love this! Everything hurts." We are kind of relieved to hear someone with a banging body like her isn't a fan of hitting the gym either! But regardless of her like or dislike of working out Jillian remains devoted to a healthy lifestyle and offers advice for those who have fallen off the health wagon saying, "Control your diet a little bit better and go tomorrow.
