FORT WORTH — This year's Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo is one for the record books.
Nearly 1.2 million cowboys and cowgirls kicked up their boots for this year's event, shattering the million milestone for the first time.
And that wasn't the only record set. On Saturday, the Grand Champion steer sold for $230,000. The prize animal was shown by Cuatro Schaucher of Beeville.
