DALLAS – North Texas basketball fans are looking forward to the beginning of February as the Harlem Globetrotters, some of the most entertaining players in the world, hit the basketball court at the American Airlines Center.
Thursday morning, News 8 met up with the tallest pro basketball player in the world, Paul Sturgess. Sturgess is better known by his name on the court "Tiny."
WFAA’s Wyatt Goolsby played a little one on one with the 7’8” center. Tiny was in Dallas Wednesday and Thursday on a goodwill trip.
You can see Tiny in action with the Globetrotters at the American Airlines Center on February 2. There are two games, one at 2 p.m. and the other at 7 p.m.
If you make it to the 2 p.m. game, you'll see WFAA’s Wyatt Goolsby suit up for the opposing team, "The Global Select," as a celebrity player.
