DALLAS — It's been a year for new lights across North Texas.
In Dallas, we've seen Reunion Tower glimmer with new colors. Earlier this week, the city's tallest building, Bank of America Plaza, debuted a colorful new outline.
And on Saturday night, Dallas added the annual holiday tree at Main Street Garden.
The crowd erupted in cheers as more than 10,000 feet of lights illuminated the 65-foot tree.
Within seconds, sparks flew, music played, and people watched in awe as fireworks lit up the sky above.
The City Lights opening night also featured live musical performances, light displays on surrounding trees and buildings, and plenty of holiday season food.
