Alicia, Nathaniel, and little B.J. are a tight-knit group of siblings.
They are placed together in the same foster home, and want nothing more than to be adopted together. Alicia told us what it would do to her if she and her brothers are separated.
"It would break my heart."
We met this adorable sister and two brothers at It'Z Family Food and Fun in Euless, where the children got to play and eat as much as they wanted. Alicia, 8, is as intelligent as she is beautiful. At school, she has two favorite subjects.
"Art, because we get to do lots of fun things, and science, because we get to explore stuff," she said.
Nathaniel, 6, is in first grade and does well at school. He is happy, healthy, and handsome with those beautiful blue eyes. When I told him Santa might be watching this report, he quickly made his request.
"Dear Santa, I love you," he said. "I want a PSP and a remote-controlled car."
And just when you think these children can't get any cuter, along comes 4-year-old B.J. who exudes pure love.
B.J. is behind developmentally, but has no problem expressing his needs and wants. With a little help, he also sent Santa Claus a message as we fast approach Christmas!
"I want toys for Christmas!" he said.
Alicia, Nathaniel, and B.J. will need a lot of individual attention and extra help with their education. They desire parents who are patient and calm, with a mommy who is affectionate.
"I'm looking for a great family and she likes to give kisses and hugs and she cooks us warm hot chocolate in the winter," said Alicia, with a big smile on her face.
During this season of giving, the hope is that a forever family will give its heart to these precious children who are filled with so much joy.
