Express Employment Professionals of Richardson is looking for someone to work as a contract HR Employee Relations person for a Plano company.
The job works with different departments to provide advice to supervisors, managers, and employees about conflict resolution, policy development, and performance management.
The position also investigates any problems or grievances, prepares disciplinary records, and makes performance improvement action plans.
Candidates must have at least a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or a closely related field.
Qualifications include: PHR certification preferred; 5+ years HR Generalist or related experience, with a heavy emphasis on Employee Relations; working knowledge of state and federal laws that govern fair employment practices; demonstrated skill in coaching and problem solving; strong computer skills.
The position is expected to be for 2+ weeks.
Hours: 8am-5pm
Pay: $24/hour
