The Terminix Call Center in Lewisville is hiring for several positions: Inside Sales Representatives, Outbound Collections Agents, and a Call Center Sales Manager. Most positions include paid training starting in January.
Inside Sales (Outbound) Representative - Job # 927478 This position is responsible for making incoming and/or placing outbound sales calls via Auto-dialer computer system regarding Terminix service products to existing and former customers, recording customer information, offering general sales assistance, and answering customer inquiries.
Candidates should be highly motivated, driven by sales, have strong communication skills, be able to use strong sales/persuasion tactics, type at least 25 wpm, and have at least six months direct sales experience and/or telemarketing sales experience.
Position Schedule: Monday-Thursday 10:30am - 7:00pm & Rotating Saturday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Training Class: Begins January 24, 2011
Training Schedule: Paid 3-4 week training class; flexible morning and afternoon training shifts
Compensation: $12/hr + Commission/ Weekly pay days
Outbound Collection Agents - Job # 123651 This position is responsible for making outbound calls to aid in the collection of past due contract premiums, resolving and reprocessing rejected credit card transaction problems, taking inbound calls using a dialer, navigating collections database, and resolving delinquent debts.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or general education degree, and be able to pass background checks and a drug screening. At least one to three months collections experience and/or telemarketing sales experience is required. Applicants must have strong communication skills and be able to type at least 25 wpm.
Position Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm & Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Training Class: Begins January 10, 2011
Training Schedule: Paid 3-4 week training class
Call Center Sales Manager - Job # 318606 The position leads and directs all inbound and outbound sales activities within the Terminix Call Center Operations, and will be directly responsible for meeting sales objectives for each sales operating unit of the call center operation. Other responsibilities include establishing team sales goals, coaching team members, recommending incentives, compensation strategies, and promotions to increase productivity.
Candidates should have at least three years sales experience, with call center or telesales experience preferred. A college degree is also preferred, with emphasis in sales and/or marketing. Applicants must have experience in creating, leading, and developing a sales team.
