The manager is responsible for credit actions, the retail customer service center, and day-to-day operations.
The position manages baseline processing for cash application, credit, and customer service, implements steps to minimize credit risk, prepares performance evaluations, develops annual goals, and enhances team productivity.
Requirements include 5 years of Accounting/Finance experience, a Bachelor Degree, and people management experience. Accounts Receivable experience and MBA/CPA is preferred.
