J-W Energy Company needs to hire a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst in Addison. The position will serve as the HRIS technical point of contact to ensure data integrity and security, perform testing of system modifications and changes, and conduct system maintenance and issue resolution.
The role acts as the liaison between Generalist, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Training, Employee Relations, and other HRIS users.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/HR Systems or a related discipline, and 5+ years of related work experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer skills include all Microsoft Office/web-based applications, broad-based HRIS database management, "hands on" experience with Ultimate Software HRIS application, IBM Cognos 8 reporting tools, and working knowledge of various programming languages like SQL and HTML.
