Job of the Day - Hawaiian Falls Waterparks

Hawaiian Falls Waterparks is looking for new senior managers.

The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation and profitability of the waterpark.  Candidates should have experience with risk management, accounting, group sales, marketing, human resources and training operations, and revenue.  A college degree is required.

The Director of Finance oversees all financial operations and corporate financial planning.  Candidates will prepare financial forecasts, oversee audit and tax functions, develop accounting policies, prepare monthly statements, oversee IT systems and human resource activities, and maintain banking relationships.  An MBA or CPA is required.

The Director of Marketing plans, organizes, directs, and controls all marketing efforts for five parks.  Candidates should have at least five years experience with key marketing functions, a passion for getting things done, and a bachelors degree at minimum.
