Express Employment Professionals of Richardson is looking for motivated and experienced candidates to apply for a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist position.
A far north Dallas company is looking for workers for evaluation hire.
The call center is open Monday-Saturday, 7am-7pm.
Schedule could be either a five or four day week including Saturday, based on seniority shift bid.
Position will work in a call center answering questions and providing assistance, processing payments, and reviewing images. Must be comfortable handling irate customers with great customer service skills, and be able to navigate on the computer.
Bilingual Spanish is required; must have at least one year call center experience.
Must be able to type 30wpm and pass Data Entry Test w/ Audio, Customer Service Survey, and bilingual test.
Client requires drug test, credit check, MVR, and valid TX Drivers License.
Pay: $13.22/ hour
