Cornerstone Staffing is looking for Loss Mitigation Underwriters to work in the north Fort Worth area.
Loss Mitigation Underwriters will be responsible for a large portfolio of loans. They will assess the risk in lending through examination of loan documentation, manually calculating borrowers debt-to-income ratio, and evaluating borrower's credit history.
Mortgage industry underwriting is preferred, but company will consider auto or mobile home underwriting experience in lieu of mortgage.
Candidates must be detail-oriented, and able to work a standard 8am-5pm shift, with hours of 10am-7pm if needed.
An extensive criminal background check, drug screen, and credit check will be conducted.
Two weeks of training is also provided.
This is a long-term contract paying $24.50/hour.
