The Corinth Police Department is hiring for the position of Police Officer.
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age at the time of the written exam, be a U.S. citizen, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a valid Class C driver license prior to employment.
All applicants must be able to pass a written entry exam, board review, and psychological examination, as well as a physical examination, drug screen, hearing test, and vision test.
Corinth Police Officer candidates may not have convictions for any criminal offense above a Class C Misdemeanor.
Applicants must complete a city application and submit it to the Human Resources office. A list of requirements is available at the Corinth Police Department or online in the Police Department/Recruiting portion of the City of Corinth website.
The written exam for candidates will be held at Corinth City Hall, at 3300 Corinth Parkway, on Saturday, January 14th at 8:00 a.m. A physical ability test will follow the written exam for all applicants who pass the written test.
