Pharmacy Care Coordinator (6 openings): Acts as the patient's advocate to ensure that the prescribed drug therapy and pharmacy care plan are followed as prescribed, and also meet the medical, social, and personal needs of the patient. Data Entry Coordinator (3 openings): Responsible for the entry of data into the pharmacy system, including demographics, setting up new orders, entering prescriptions, entering clinical information, obtaining missing information from either the patient or physician's office, and other information as provided from referral sources. Candidates must be a certified Pharmacy Technician. Intake Coordinator (1 opening): Acts as patient's advocate to ensure the prescribed drug therapy and pharmacy care plan are followed as prescribed and also meet the medical, social, and personal needs of the patient. Verifies patient's insurance coverage, including major medical, PBM, secondary, supplemental, Medicare, Medicaid, and other coverage as appropriate. Evaluates best financial scenario for patient, including any financial assistance needs identified.
