Dispatcher - Baylor Health Care System

Baylor Health Care System is a large hospital network.

Baylor Health needs a full-time Dispatcher to work as a non-sworn member of the Department of Public Safety.

The job is responsible for police and security dispatch duties like operating 2-way radios, answering phones, monitoring CCTV systems, monitoring alarms, processing service requests, and entering information into the computer-aided dispatch system (CAD).

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to react well in stressful situations, no Felony or Class A Misdemeanor convictions, no class B Misdemeanor convictions in the last 10 years, a valid driver's license, strong computer skills, and the ability to lift, stand, and/or twist for a long period of time.

Workers must be able to work any shift, in several locations throughout north Texas.
