Telvista has immediate openings in a "state of the art" call center for Technical Support Agents.
The position entails no telemarketing, and both full-time and part-time jobs are available.
Candidates must have 6 months customer service/call center experience, general technology knowledge, the ability to troubleshoot based on a specific set of guidelines, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
Telvista's Part Time hire program provides a full-time training environment for the first 30 days.
Paid training is provided, and tuition-reimbursement is offered.
($3,000 for full-time/$2,000 for part-time team members)
