DALLAS  — Dallas police are responding to big crowds at this year's KwanzaaFest.

DPD said officers were called out for crowd control only on Saturday; there have been no reports of altercations.

The 21st annual festival attracted tens of thousands of people to Dallas Fair Park. The 2009 event was marred by a shooting incident which injured a 15-year-old boy.

KwanzaaFest continues Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
