It's Summer Splash Day at Roanoke Hawaiian Falls
290 W. Byron Nelson Blvd, Roanoke

3-8 p.m. Come hit the slides, coast along the Rainforest River or chill in the wave pool. Enjoy music D.J. Danny Ray, experience Splash Dance aerobics for all ages and check-out community booths, Hawaiian Falls Team Aloha, Tropical Face painting and more.

3-5 p.m. Stop-by The Ranch, Radio 95.9 FM - The Sound of Texas

4-7 p.m. Meet News 8 Reporters Janet St. James and Jim Douglas and visit Family First booth.

12-3 p.m. Explore downtown Roanoke with one-of-a-kind tours, discounts, demonstrations and special giveaways.

The following are the desired food items to assist area afterschool programs and community food pantries:

• Chef Boyardee Spaghetti & Meatballs or Ravioli in small pop top cans (7oz)
• Vienna Sausages in small pop top cans (5oz)
• Grain or Granola / Trail Mix Packets (individually packaged)
• Juice Drinks (cartons, not pouches, nor glass containers)
• Pop Tarts (individually packaged)
• Pudding Cups packages
• Shelf Stable Milks (small cartons)
• Fruit Snacks (individually packaged)
• Hot Cereal (individually packaged packets)
• Crackers (individually packaged)
• Fruit Cup packages
• Ziploc Bags (Gallon size)
