TERRELL -- Thrillvania Haunted House Park in Terrell has been getting ready for this weekend for the last year.
General Manager Michael Malec expects he'll pull more than half his total business in the next two days.
"It's going to be thousands and thousands of people," Malec said.
The Kaufman County attraction has been highlighted by national media outlets as one of the top Halloween attractions in the country. Malec says it all comes from passion that extends well past Oct. 31.
"Oh, we're always thinking about this. Every year, we audition for our actors and the level is intense," Malec said.
Only in this business would the following statement be a calling card: "Just about every night we see people wet their pants or worse. And it's not just kids," Malec said.
He says it's all about fun and giving people a thrill, something he hopes to do a thousand times over before Halloween.
