EULESS - A truck flipped over on top of a car, Tuesday, on Industrial Boulevard at State Highway 183 in Euless, killing a woman.
Euless police say truck driver Freddie Richardson of Dallas, with a cargo of sand, was exiting the highway when his rig collided with the car around 11 a.m.
The truck dragged the blue Chevy sedan, before shedding its heavy cargo.
Police believe 40-year-old Debbie Kaye of Hurst died instantly.
Richardson, 46, and a passenger in his truck were taken to a hospital for treatment.
Southbound Industrial Boulevard was shut down during the cleanup and investigation; Highway 183 remained open.
Last week, a gravel truck collided with a car in Dallas, but the driver and his girlfriend survived the accident.
