Mesquite police were investigating a fatal four-vehicle accident Saturday afternoon on Interstate 635.
Police said a motorcyclist died at the scene. The identity of that person was being withheld pending the notification of relatives.
The accident occurred in the northbound lanes of the highway between U.S. Highway 80 and Town East Boulevard. It was unclear what caused the accident or whether other people were hurt.
